Sacred Humans — Digital Audio (MP3) Terms of Sale

 

These Digital Audio (MP3) Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to purchases of downloadable audio soundtracks and related digital audio products (“Digital Audio Products”) from **Sacred Humans** (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our website and checkout.

 

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms:

 

 

1) Digital product nature

Digital Audio Products are **digital downloads** (not physical goods). After payment is confirmed, you will receive **instant access** to download the files.

 

 

2) Delivery & access

 

• **Delivery method:** Download link provided on the order confirmation/thank-you page and/or by email (as applicable).

• **Availability:** Access is intended to be available **worldwide**.

• **Your responsibility:** You are responsible for providing a valid email address, maintaining access to your email account, and downloading/saving the files promptly to your own device/storage.

• **Technical requirements:** You are responsible for having compatible hardware/software to download and play MP3 files and for any data charges from your internet provider.

3) Pricing, taxes, and payment

• Prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency and may change at any time before purchase.

• Any applicable taxes or fees are calculated and shown at checkout (where required).

4) All sales final — no refunds

Because Digital Audio Products are delivered electronically and made available immediately after purchase, **all sales are final**.

**We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges** for Digital Audio Products, including (without limitation) for change of mind, accidental purchase, incompatibility, or if you do not use or download the product.

5) License grant (personal use only)

Upon purchase, Sacred Humans grants you a **non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal-use license** to download and use the Digital Audio Product for your own personal, non-commercial use.

 

You may:

• Download the file(s) to your personal devices.

• Use the audio for private listening and personal enjoyment.

 

You may not (without our prior written permission):

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, share, upload, publish, or make the audio available to others (including via cloud folders, file-sharing, streaming platforms, or social media).

• Post, upload, sync, or otherwise use the audio in any social media content** (including non-monetized posts, stories, reels, shorts, or livestreams).

• Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the audio.

• Use the audio in any commercial project (including ads, monetized videos, podcasts, apps, games, client work, or public performances).

• Remove or alter any metadata, credits, or notices included with the files.

• Create derivative works or remixes for distribution.

 

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6) Intellectual property

All Digital Audio Products and all associated intellectual property rights (including copyright) are owned by Sacred Humans and/or its licensors. Purchasing a Digital Audio Product **does not** transfer ownership.

7) No watermarking / DRM

Our Digital Audio Products are provided **without watermarking**. You agree not to misuse this by sharing or distributing the files beyond the personal-use license in Section 5.

 

 

8) Order issues, defective files, and support

If you experience a problem such as a corrupted file or a download error, contact us and we will work with you to provide access to a working copy of the purchased Digital Audio Product.

This support is provided in lieu of refunds and does not change the **no-refunds** policy.

9) Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can help resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in loss of access and/or suspension of your account, where permitted.

 

 

10) Fraud and unauthorized use

We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders if we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms.

 

 

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.

 

 

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of **Queensland, Australia** (unless your local consumer laws require otherwise). Courts in that jurisdiction will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

 

 

13) Consumer law note (Australia)

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the "Australian Consumer Law" that cannot be excluded. However, change-of-mind refunds are not required for digital downloads.
